The parties to this agreement are Orange Car Rental reg. id. #661093-2699 and the person(s) identified as either renter or driver of the rented car.
The renter/driver shall be at least 20 years old with a valid driver's license held for at least one year. The renter is responsible for the car from pickup until Orange Car Rental registers it as returned.
The rental fee includes mandatory vehicle insurance. In case of damage, the renter may purchase a collision damage waiver (CDW) or super collision damage waiver (SCDW) to limit liability.
Prepaid rentals are fully refundable and editable until 00:00 of the day before rental begins. This agreement falls under Icelandic law.
